He has over 35 years experience in the South Wales property market and is a specialist professional surveyor. With Martyn, he set up the practice of Burnett Davies Chartered Surveyors in 1984 in Cardiff City centre. He has been involved in advising private and corporate clients in a wide range of property matters but with particular expertise in valuation. peter.davies@burnettdavies.com   MARTYN BURNETT, M.R.I.C.S Martyn trained with Stephenson & Alexander before gaining experience with Maureen Freeman Estate Agents as manager, Secondary Housing Association as a buyer and eventually at the WDA. From there he set up Burnett Davies Chartered Surveyors with Peter. He specialises in direct property investment and property management through The Residential Investment Company and Burnett Davies Lettings, a wholly owned part of Burnett Davies in addition to residential / commercial development. martyn.burnett@burnettdavies.com   CLAIRE EVANS, M.R.I.C.S Claire trained with DTZ before joining Brinsons and then Burnett Davies as an equity Partner in 1994. She is a specialist management surveyor and heads up Burnett Davies Lettings, the residential and commercial management arm of Burnett Davies with offices in Cardiff and Barry. Having studied Property Management and Investment at the University of Western England, she spent three years at GVA Grimley honing a wide range of skills including acquisition and disposal, planning, title, valuation and more. Her bubbly enthusiasm has quickly become an essential part of the office and we look forward to seeing her develop even further in the years to come. nicole.kruger@burnettdavies.com   ADELE PATERSON, BSc (Hons) M.R.I.C.S Adele joined us from the London office of Chestertons in 2007, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2011. Having spent the last few years heading the Agency team, she has recently taken a break to welcome the most important of investments, her first child. Although, as she lives just a few hundred yards from the office, we're sure to be seeing her and her new addition very soon.
