He has over 30 years experience in the South Wales property market and is a specialist professional surveyor. With Martyn, he set up the practice of Burnett Davies Chartered Surveyors in 1984 in Cardiff City centre. From there he set up Burnett Davies Chartered Surveyors with Peter. She is a specialist management surveyor and heads up Burnett Davies Lettings, the residential and commercial management arm of Burnett Davies with offices in Cardiff and Barry.
